They will act immediately and arrange for the instruction to be carried out within 48 hours of instruction.
We send an enforcement agent and a locksmith. The locksmith will gain entry and change the locks. The enforcement agent will enter the premises, thereby forfeiting the lease. Notices will be posted in the windows.
As an additional service we can take a full inventory and serve the tenant with a torts notice, requiring them to remove personal goods from the premises.
We will also provide a supervision service, where agents will supervise the removal of any personal items of the former tenant.
